• Social media lead forms — if you submit your information through a lead form hosted on Facebook or Instagram (Meta), TikTok, YouTube, or a similar platform, that platform passes your submission to us. What the platform itself collects is governed by its own privacy policy.

• Phone, text, and email — when you call, text, or email us, and when we contact you.

• Referral and lead partners — we may receive your contact and move details from moving marketplaces, quote-comparison sites, real estate agents, relocation consultants, or other partners who indicate you asked to be contacted about moving services.

• Review and directory platforms — if you reach us through Google, Trustpilot, the Better Business Bureau, moveBuddha, or a similar listing.

• Job applications — employment applications are handled through BambooHR.

• Automatically, as you browse — see “Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising” below.

2. Information We Collect

• Contact details — name, phone number, email address, and origin and destination addresses.

• Move details — move size, move date, origin and destination ZIP codes, inventory, specialty items, and access notes.

• Payment details — job number, payment amount, billing address, and service type. Card payments are processed by Authorize.net. We do not store full payment card numbers.

• Employment information — if you apply for a role with us.

• Technical and usage data — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring URL.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Prepare and deliver quotes and estimates.

• Schedule, perform, and support your move, storage, or delivery.

• Meet our obligations under FMCSA, Florida, and other applicable regulations.

• Measure our marketing and improve our website and services.

• Detect and prevent fraud, and protect our legal rights.

4. Calls, Texts, and Your Consent

When you submit a form, you may be asked to agree to language like the following:

“By submitting this form, I consent to receive calls, text messages, and notifications — including those made using an autodialer or pre-recorded voice — from Safebound Moving & Storage (Safebound Logistics LLC) at the number I provided and agree to our Privacy Policy. Consent to receive marketing calls or texts is never a condition of getting a quote or buying our services. You can stop text messages at any time. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Quotes and pricing shown or generated on this site are estimates based on the information provided. They are not a guaranteed final price and are not a binding offer. Final charges depend on the actual services performed, actual weight or volume, access conditions, and any additional services, as reflected in your signed moving documents.

5. Payments

Payments submitted through this site are processed by Authorize.net. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide and that the information you give is accurate. A processing fee may apply to online payments, as disclosed on the payment page.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this site to break the law, submit false or fraudulent information, interfere with or disrupt the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or scrape or harvest data from the site.

7. Intellectual Property

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute relating to this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
